Our Brand Design Process

A typical project runs over 3–5 weeks:

  • We begin by getting to know your organisation — your story, audience and goals. You’ll share existing materials (logo, website, collateral, or brand guidelines if any), complete a short questionnaire, and join a 60–90-minute workshop to unpack your values, purpose and visual direction.

    We’ll then research your sector and audience — analysing competitors, tone and positioning — to ensure your brand stands out for the right reasons.

    Deliverables:

    • Brand questionnaire + discovery workshop

    • Audience and competitor insights

    • Clear creative direction summary

    You’ll provide:

    • Any existing brand materials

    • Your story, purpose and goals

    • Insights into your audience and challenges

  • Based on the research, we explore creative directions — moodboards and concept routes that capture your brand’s essence. The concept combines colour, typography and imagery references, showing how your identity might feel in the real world.

    You’ll review and share feedback so we can refine the chosen direction together.

    Deliverables:

    • Moodboard

    • Visual direction and tone of voice guide

    • Round of client feedback and discussion

    You’ll provide:

    • Your thoughts and preferences on the concept direction

    • Feedback on what feels most aligned with your story

  • With a clear direction in place, we design your full visual identity — logo suite, colour palette, type system and supporting elements.

    We also show how your brand appears across touchpoints such as web, print and social media.

    You’ll have one round of revision to refine the details until everything feels cohesive and true to your brand.

    Deliverables:

    • Primary logo + alternate logo versions

    • Colour palette and type system

    • Mock-ups for real-world applications

    • One round of feedback

    You’ll provide:

    • Consolidated feedback so we use our time efficiently

    • Approval on final design direction

  • Once approved, we prepare and package everything you need to launch your new brand identity confidently.

    You’ll receive print-ready and digital logo files in multiple formats, plus a concise Brand Book outlining your colour values, fonts, logo usage and examples of your visual style in action.

    We’ll also include guidance on maintaining brand consistency — so your visuals stay strong and unified across all platforms.

    • Final approval and sign-off
