A typical project runs over 3–6 weeks:

  • Website Strategy

    We then carry out focused research — reviewing competitor websites, sector expectations and user behaviour relevant to your market. This ensures the website strategy is aligned with your purpose and grounded in how your audience actually searches and engages online.

  • Copy and UX Planning

    Next, we define the structure and content of your website. We create a clear, SEO-aware sitemap to organise all pages logically, followed by wireframes showing layout, hierarchy and user flow across desktop and mobile.

    We write SEO-aligned, on-brand copy for every page — tailored to small business, non-profit or nature-based audiences, depending on your organisation. This includes optimising headings, metadata recommendations and clear calls-to-action that support your goals.

    We conduct thorough testing for performance, accessibility, responsiveness and SEO readiness. This includes alt text, basic metadata, site speed best practice and search engine indexing preparation — all essential for SEO-friendly website design.

    When the site is ready, we prepare for launch. We handle staging-to-live publishing, configure your domain and ensure SSL / security settings are correct. We set up analytics, submit your sitemap to search engines and complete final checks for speed, formatting and mobile usability.

    We finish with training so you feel confident managing your website. We walk you through your CMS, show you how to edit content and provide a simple guide so you can maintain your site long-term.
